Where to Buy Rain Sim Card

Rain Sim Card is a product of Rain — a mobile network in South Africa that provides data only to its subscribers. Rain was established back in 2017 following the rebranding of a pre-existing wireless telecommunications company known as Wireless Business Solutions (WBS). It was then launched in February 2019 when it began using 3000 of its cell towers as it leased infrastructure from MTM and Vodacom to provide data-only services.

Their standalone 5G network was the first in the country and is powered by Huawei. Currently, their 5G standalone is available in Cape Town, where it covers areas including Claremont, Sea Point in Cape Town, Bellville, Durbanville, Goodwood, and Cape Town City Centre.
