SASSA Status Check For R350 Payment Dates for February 2022 for the SRD Grant. Please see the below pending R350 payment dates for each month in the table below.
In order for these to be paid, you will need to check sassa status, you can do this either via the SASSA dashboard at https://srd.sassa.gov.za/sc19/status or via your cellphone. Your R350 grant applications must show as approved before you can expect to receive the payment.
Make sure that you update your bank details in order to avoid any delays to receiving payment. Each month the social grant amount will be paid into the bank account of the beneficiary. This can be done via Bank Mobile Money Transfers.
Remember you can collect your R350 social relief grant from the Post Office, Pick N Pay and Boxer stores if you do not have a bank. If you chose a collection payment method, remember to only go to the location after you have received an SMS notification to say your grant is available.

Why haven’t I received my SASSA R350 Payment yet?
It was recently announced that SASSA has been experiencing some delays in processing reconsiderations for the SRD Grant. When an applicate requests reconsideration of the decision to their declined application, SASSA needs to conduct a means test which involves working with the banks.
The delay is a result of the additional work required for the reconsideration process and extra time required needed to communicate with the banks to check people’s income status.
