HomeChoice Credit Facility
One of HomeChoice’s main selling points is the credit facility they offer to their customers. This allows you to buy items from HomeChoice on a credit loan option, making monthly payments instead of paying the full amount upfront. This is also known as flexible shopping as it uses flexible payment options. Homechoice offer two different types of credit facility accounts.
- Flexi facility account – this allows customers to buy on shorter terms – 3, 6, 12 and 16 month terms.
- Advantage facility account – this allows customers to buy on a longer term – 24 and 36 months.

How can I track my HomeChoice Order?
When you place an order you should be notified of your parcel number via SMS or Email which will contain a link to track your order once your order has left the distribution centre.
